What should I do if the “Inicialization on port COMx failed” error appears on the computer during JabloSuite launch?
There are usually two reasons for this error: • GDP-04 communication port was not properly installed • Go to the menu Start->Control Panel->System->Hardware->Device Manager->Modems->GDP-04 and reinstall driver • GDP-04 communication port is occupied by another application • Go to the menu Start->Control Panel->Printers and faxes • Open properties on the Fax machine (if there is no Fax machine in the list FAX is not the problem) • On the device page select GDP-04 and open properties and disable Receiving faxesIf the problem persists, please run the JCcfg.exe application from the C:\\Program Files\\JabloCOM\\JCSupport folder and send the output log file JCCfg.txt from your root directory to support@jablocom.com.
