What should I do if my browser level is not supported by WebConnect?
WebConnect will not allow connections from browsers that do not support high level 128 bit and U.S version security encryption. If your browser level does not meet our specific security protocol, you can go to the Microsoft or Netscape web sites and download the acceptable version. (Note: These files are quite large and can take a long time to download using a standard dialup connection. Also, you may be charged a fee by the vendor for the download.
