What should I do if I receive more messages than the monthly message units included in my voff service plan I subscribe to ?
Whenever your message units balance is running low, our system will send out reminder messages to your email, so that you will have enough time to reload message units until your message units run out. If you find that your current service plan cannot meet your monthly usage requirements, we highly recommend you to purchase extra message units each month to accommodate your requirements.
