What say will staff have in the new grading structure?
The University and the representative unions at Roehampton (UCU and GMB) are all committed to working in partnership to implement the Framework Agreement and to agree through negotiation our new pay and grading arrangements. A joint Framework Implementation Steering Group (FISG) has responsibility for implementation at Roehampton.
