What role does the Team Mom play?
The Team Mom (with apologies to the dads who occasionally fill this role) plays a crucial role in the proper running of the team. He or she handles many of the administrative duties such as snack scheduling, uniform distribution, phone calling, game schedule distribution, scoreboard operator recruiting, etc., freeing the manager to concentrate on teaching the players and running the game. Team Moms are an under-appreciated but very valuable resource in our league. Please extend to them your gratitude and cooperation.
