What payment terms are available?
IT accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Purchase Order and C.O.D for online, fax and email orders. Please note that Purchase Orders are available to Schools and Park Districts only. We accept these forms of payment as well as checks for orders placed via mail. Certified funds are required on all C.O.D. orders over $500.
We prefer our clients to pay monthly in advance by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Visa Delta, JCB and Solo cards. Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express cards at this time. Monthly credit/debit card payments will be taken on (approximately) the same date each month and monthly receipts will be sent by e-mail. We also accept monthly payment by standing order. If you prefer to pay by cheque, money order or bank transfer then we require a full year’s hosting fee to be paid in advance. This is to minimise the need to send out renewal notices and reminders. We don’t normally offer a discount for paying annually in advance as billing monthly by credit card or standing order does have the advantage that payment can be fully automated. We will refund for any unused complete months if you should later decide to cancel.
