What patient data transmits to the CDR?
The following list of patient data collected on the battlefield for military personnel and their dependants is passed on to the clinical data repository located in the U.S. • Outpatient notes entered into AHLTA-T • Outpatient (AHLTA-T) pharmacy, laboratory and X-ray (PLX) if it the information is in the encounter • Inpatient records collected in TC2 pass to the CDR; to view these records in the states, providers must use the Bidirectional Health Information Exchange in AHLTA • AHLTA-Mobile notes, after the handheld device is synched to a MC4 laptop Data for other patients are filtered by the Theater Medical Data Store (TMDS).
