What must be in the Baseline Assessment Plan?
The Baseline Assessment Plan must include a written plan for performing the baseline assessments necessary to assure pipeline integrity for each pipeline segment that could affect an HCA. It must include: Identification of all the pipeline segments that can affect an HCA The integrity assessment method, or methods, planned for use on each identified pipeline segment A schedule for assessment of each identified segment An explanation of the technical basis for the integrity assessment method(s) selected and the risk factors used in scheduling the assessments.
