IEMC is very aggressive and intense. You will constantly be on the go. Everyday you will be eating, sleeping and breathing ministry. At IEMC, you will have every opportunity to be stretched, not only in your personal relationship with the Lord, but in your spiritual gifts, talents and abilities. Our heart is for you to develop that which God has placed inside you by experiencing various areas of ministry. You will have the opportunity to invest in the lives of teenagers, develop new dramas, be part of a worship team, create multi-media projects, design web sites, record producing and explore other areas of ministry. Through a mission trip, outreaches with inner city kids, homeless shelter ministry and reaching out to others in need, you will be able to see God at work in you.
