What kinds of reports are available?
We currently offer complete tracking of all phone calls received from our efforts. You will be provided with login information to our “Campaign Central” where you will have access to all information associated with every phone call received from our efforts. The information we can provide includes: • The day of the phone call • The time of the phone call • The phone number the phone call was forwarded to • The phone number of the person who called • The contact information of the person who called (address, city, state, and zip code) if publicly available • The length of the phone call • An actual recording of the phone call itself!* * For certain types of businesses, we are not permitted to record phone calls as determined by law. We also are able to offer complete integration with our email marketing database, for clients that also utilize our email marketing services. Under this scenario, every email that is generated as a result of our Local Search efforts will be archived and stor
