What kind of Yoga will be taught?
Hatha Flow Yoga will be the asana taught on this training. It is an invigorating and free style of Yoga that integrates movement and breath with detailed attention to alignment. The sequences will include the major postures practiced in the Iyengar and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga lineages. You will learn how to practice and teach these postures in a flowing vinyasa style and in a more static style (commonly referred to as ‘hatha’ yoga), and how to use props to enhance the effect of the postures. Our aim is to help you become a versatile Yoga practitioner teacher; skilled in using different tools of Yoga to achieve your objectives.
