What is wireless network security ?
If your Internet always seems slow, it’s possible that someone else could be using your wireless broadband to download files without your knowledge. Wireless network security prevents unauthorised access to your wireless broadband. If there is no security in place, your neighbours – whether they are local residents or other businesses, can connect to your wireless broadband using just two or three mouse clicks on their computer. Wireless Security comes in several forms – basic 64-bit or 128-bit WEP Encryption, or more advanced forms such as WPA2 with TKIP or AES CCMP encryption.
