What is Vanderbilt University Oasis?
Registering for Courses Using OASIS OASIS is Vanderbilt University’s On-line Access to Student Information System. Please follow these steps to register for courses with OASIS: 1. Get your e-password if you do not have one and go to www.vanderbilt.edu/secureoasis to download the software program that will allow you to access OASIS with your E-password in a secure environment. Call the ITS help desk at 343-1631 for assistance if needed. 2. When you get on OASIS you will be asked to enter your VunetID and then you will enter your E-password. 3. You will then reach a sub-menu. Choose Registration 4. Select the term for which you are registering 5. The first time you get into the registration program you will be notified of your anticipated date of graduation. 6. If you have not registered for anything and you are an undergraduate student, you will be prompted to enter your “Adviser Approval Code” – you must get this code f

You may also use the OASIS secure web applet if you do not wish to install client software on your computer. This software is for students ONLY. This software will not work for Faculty/Staff access.
