Internships that meet the academic standards of the University can be identified on a student’s transcript if all conditions of the internship are met. Transcript notation does not provide units or a grade. The requirements for transcript notation includes a written proposal, student evaluation of the internship, and a supervisor evaluation. Transcript notation show the internship title, name of the organization where the internship took place, and the quarter(s) of participation.
