I offer a 6 month warranty (1 year warranty if shipping insurance is purchased) on parts and service. I will honor the warranty if there is a problem with your part or labor within the warranty period. ifixipodsfast.com covers return shipping once it has been determined that the problem is with the part or service and not with other components in your iPod. If you need to send your iPod back please email me at service@ifixipodsfast.com for an RMA number. I will not accept any packages that do not include a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
