What is the usual dose?
The usual dose is 2 pills daily. Take them with a large glass of water every morning 30 minutes after food. You may if desired, take up to 4 pills daily, this can produce better results. But don’t take more than 2 pills in 8 hours, and never take more than 4 pills in a single day. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not “double-up” the dose to catch up.
