What is the typical recruitment and selection process?
First round This is followed by a skills-based interview with a line manager of the department you are hoping to join or with a member of the HR Team. Lasting about an hour, this part of the process will be about your functional and teamworking skills, among others. Psychometric Testing Dependant and in accordance with the skills and attributes required for each role. Second round This is an interview with a member of the HR team or the Line Manager ( depending on who met you at the first interview). It will look at your behavioural competencies, and long-term aspirations, as well as your understanding of the area you wish to join within Hitachi.
