what is the typical lift workout like?
Everyday will bring something new at Lift. Workouts will span across interval training, circuit training, cardiovascular endurance and strengthening. Exercises can include sprinting, jumping jacks, rope skipping, jogging/speed-walking, sports related games, boxing, weight training and anything else you may think of. Our workouts are geared towards personal progression. We are there to provide you with a safe, fun, challenging and effective workout that will build you up – not tear you down!
