Our normal processing time is 5-7 business days plus shipping time, depending upon the method you select. Once you approve the image and we receive payment in full, orders are shipped within 5 business days. All orders are shipped via the shipping method stated herein.

From the time that we receive your photos, it takes 2-3 days to create your mosaic and make your online preview available to you. We will send you an email when it’s ready. Once you approve the online preview, you should expect to receive your mosaic print through UPS within 5-7 business days (unless you pay for express shipping). Some custom products may take longer to deliver, so please check our pricing page for specifics.

Once we receive material and payment, (if paying by check, it must clear bank first) the turnaround time is 2-3 weeks for screenplays; 2-4 weeks for books. Rush is three days for an extra $50. Books not allowed for rush service.
