WHAT IS THE SLIDING SCALE?

The ADD Treatment Center offers a sliding scale to those who qualify. This scale applies to therapy only, not testing or diagnostics. Our usual and customary fee for therapy is $172.00 per visit. Should your insurance not cover our usual fee, or if you are uninsured, a sliding scale may apply to bring the cost of therapy to the amount your insurance pays, or to $86.00, whichever is greater. Please give us a call if you have questions about our sliding scale.
