Hunton & Williams offers total compensation to our associates that is competitive in all of our offices. The firm employs a single “standard” salary, determined by class and office location, for each associate who meets the firm’s performance expectations in terms of quality of work, productivity (including high realization against the firm’s standard billing rates), and overall contribution to the firm.
