What is the Reimbursement Payment Option and why is a credit card required to participate?
The Reimbursement Payment Option allows you, the student, approximately 45 days after the course end date before payment to Bellevue University is due. This will give you sufficient time to submit the paperwork to CACI and receive your tuition reimbursement. You will then have to make a payment to Bellevue University. Your credit card will not be charged if you submit payment by the due date printed on your statement. The only time your credit card will be charged is if you do not submit your payment to Bellevue University by the due date, or if you withdraw from the program. To be eligible, your tuition reimbursement must be equal to or exceed 50% of tuition for the course. If you do not wish to use the reimbursement payment program, then upfront payment must be made. Bellevue University and CACI offer this reimbursement payment option to make payment as convenient as possible.
