What is the registration process?
There are three ways to register: • Online at www.affinitybenefits.com/vitalsavings. Complete the online registration form and supply your payment information. • By telephone. Call one of our customer service representatives toll free at 1-877-239-2295. • By mail. If you have received a brochure from your affinity group, a paper registration form may have been included as part of the brochure. It can also be obtained from the website (www.affinitybenefits.com/vitalsavings). Provide the information required, include your payment and mail it to the address shown on the form. Note that you must have a valid sponsor number for your affinity group to register. If you do not know the sponsor number, contact your affinity group or call the 24/7 call center at 1-877-239-2295.
If you decide to register with Smart Tutor Referrals, we will set up a time to talk over the telephone with you (and your child) – the conversation takes about 45 minutes. We can discuss his/her history, goals, areas of difficulty/strength, learning styles and teachers/teaching styles that he/she has responded well to. Then we select the tutor who would best match her. There is a small fee for this registration. The rates for tutors depend on how much teaching experience the tutor has. Once we have confirmed a suitable tutor, we contact you with that tutors contact information and background. The entire process typically takes only a few days.

Students who fail to return registration packets by the deadline stated in the packet may not receive all their preferred class selections 6.
Registration is performed by a Registrar organization (also known as a Certification/Registration Body, or CRB). It is accomplished through a series of document reviews and facility visits and audits. The Registrar’s Auditors look at an organization’s procedures, processes, and operations to determine their conformance to the requirements (elements) of the applicable quality system standard, and verify that the organization’s operations conform to its’ internal documentation and procedures. The Registrar looks at a variety of issues including but not limited to the applicant organizations administrative, design, and production processes; quality system documentation; personnel training records; management reviews; and internal audit processes. Preparation for registration can take anywhere from several weeks to more than a year, depending on the readiness of the organization applying for registration.
First you have to download and install the Trial version of the software. After you purchase the program you will be sent an email that outlines your responsibilities to get the software Registered. The email will ask you to reply with: • Your Name • Your EMail Address • The Product ID# that is generated when you install the program onto your handheld unit After you reply to the email with the information above, a Registration Code will be sent to you via email. Then you will enter the Registration Code into the program in the Help->Product Registration section of the software.
