When you are about to experience your gift, please provide our delivery partner with the Redemption Code when they request it from you. The Redemption Code is a way for us to know that you have made contact with our delivery partner and have actually experienced your gift. Until you begin your gift experience, please don’t give out your Redemption Code to anyone but Lamhe’s customer service.
