What is the ratio of staff to campers?
We ensure that there is a counselor for every three campers that attend each camp. Such a low ratio of staff to campers allows for extensive, closely-supervised social exchange amongst campers, whether it be one-on-one or in groups. Staff also address the individual needs of campers as they arise.
Excluding domestic and kitchen staff, around one staff member to four children. There is a group leader for each group (of 4-8 youngsters). There are additional activity leaders and sports coaches for relevant activities. In addition there are support staff who fulfill a broad range of duties as required, kitchen staff, a camp nurse, maintenance staff and language teachers.

All activities both on and off the field are supervised by mature and responsible staff members for their entire stay in camp. No one is allowed to leave campus or leave their group during camp.
