What is the purpose of Risk Assessments?
Numerous European Directives referring to health and safety at work talk about the Risk Assessment, but even if a legal requirement regarding the necessity of performing a Risk Assessment would not exist, this would be a good practice because it allows the implementation of efficient measures in a view of ensuring the safety and protecting the employees.
