A. To determine the zoning for a particular parcel, zoning maps are available in the Community Development Department. CityMap is also a great tool (see above). Once you have determined the zoning of the parcel, go to the City’s website to view the Zoning Ordinance. A list of permitted uses is provided for each zoning classification.
