What is the private lesson cancellation policy?

All transactions are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a private lesson, call the front office at (303) 777-1003 ext 2. All lessons must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to be given credit on your swallow hill account good for one year. Sunday and Monday lessons must be cancelled by 3 pm the day prior to the lesson to receive credit.
