This test is a series of questions based on simple facts that will highlight your social profile as well as many other aspect of your personality depending on the answers you tick. This test is not disqualifying. It is only there for the recruiters to have a quick glance at your personality and prepare for the Final Interview. The test is also known as 16PF and is widely used in corporations around the world. I even had to do one while working as a Barman with my old employer (FrogPubs in Paris) !
