What is the MOE Tuition Grant Subsidy?
The tuition fees listed above have already been subsidised by the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE). The subsidy, called the MOE Tuition Grant, is offered to all students to help defray the full cost of their education in NUS/NTU. If you are a non-citizen or a Singapore Permanent Resident, and you accept the tuition grant, you will be required to work in Singapore for 5 years upon graduation with the Ministry of Health.
