If you do not want a cheque for withdrawal the minimum deposit is Rs.500/- as of now. But that amount should be untouched. You can keep any amount leaving that Minimum balance of Rs.500. You can withdraw Rs.100/- at a time and Rs.15000/- at a time per day. These are the policies followed by almost all the Nationalized Banks and their ATMs.
