What is the min/max withdrawal?
The minimum withdrawal is £10 or currency equivalent or your remaining account balance. The maximum withdrawal, in one transaction is £3000, or currency equivalent. If you wish to withdraw more than £3000, or currency equivalent in one transaction please contact Customer Service. If you are withdrawing £3,000 or more, we may ask you to provide us with paper copies of your Passport / Driving License or Photo Identity Card AND a copy of your Credit / Debit Card statement showing your registered home address before the withdrawal can be made. This is necessary for your security purposes.
