Ignore this warning printed by mkisofs. If you use the various extensions of the ISO-9660 file system, you are no longer strictly following the ISO-9660 standard. The recorded cd will be readable nevertheless on most systems. If you really want to get rid of that message, you have to deactivate all the master-options – the resulting CD will then just work good on DOS systems and is mostly useless everywhere else.
