The “Poly Canyon Village Apartment Student Housing License Agreement” is an academic year contract (September through June). If a student moves into their apartment mid-year, his/her contract will expire at the end of Spring Quarter. Please see the “Poly Canyon Village Terms & Conditions” for cancellation standards.
