NRS and NAC 457 specify that the cancer registry data are confidential. Specify confidentiality provisions are outlined in NAC 457 as well as internal Health Division policies. Provisions fro the release of confidential information for purpose of cancer research are outlined and designed to protect the confidentiality of individuals.
