What is the induction session?
The induction session is where we show you how to safely use our equipment and can advice you on a suitable training program. The session will be with an experienced member of our fitness instructor team and there will be no more than four people in each group. We’ll talk to you about your current fitness, any medical issues and your goals and will then be able to advice you on making the most out of your gym membership.
