The goal of Idaho Power’s Heating and Cooling Efficiency Program is to: • Provide incentives to customers and contractors to purchase energy-efficient heating and cooling equipment and services that have been right-sized and installed using best practices. • Save energy, which helps conserve our natural resources and provide for a more balanced energy future. • Provide customers with a knowledgeable contractor base.
