What is the Enrollment Summary Report?
The Enrollment Summary Report is available after the Annual Maintenance transaction is processed. Section 1 of the Enrollment Summary displays the reported enrollment by primary ethnicity, gender, and grade. LEAs are required to verify the accuracy of this data summary before they certify the Annual SSID Maintenance data collection. The enrollment data displayed in the Enrollment Summary report will become the official enrollment data for the LEA, so it is extremely important that LEAs carefully review the data displayed in the report and make any necessary corrections before the data are certified. The Enrollment Summary Report also displays enrollment counts by NCLB category as well as graduate and dropout data; these sections of the Enrollment Summary report are provided for information only.
