What is the effect on the operation of the criterion when the state of the Cluster changes?
A client can add or remove members from a Cluster. This will affect the state of a Cluster. It has a direct impact on the state of the criterion that is associated with the Cluster. A Criterion may already in some intermediate state following some resolve operations. In response to the change in the state in the Cluster, its associated criterion will change its state accordingly. After doing that, it will reset itself to its initial state.
