The Matte II Finish Liquid Base is for people with excessively oily skin, as it is a very thick, matte formulation that will blend well with the skin’s natural oils for an easy application and a matte finish with full coverage. This formulation will not agree with skin that is not excessively oily and is best applied with the Foundation Brush and a spritz of Hydration Mist. The Satin II Finish Liquid Base is for Dry, Normal and Combination skin types. It gives a full coverage and goes on best with the Foundation Brush and a spritz of Hydration Mist.
