When you download Gorilla from our online store you get the software immediately. You specify the platform you wish to receive (OS X or Windows XP). Shortly after purchase (usually within a few minutes), you will receive a serial number via email that will enable you to use the software. When you purchase a boxed version, you will receive the software on CD. The CD contains both the Macintosh and the Windows version. You will then have to visit our website to register the software and receive your serial number. With both versions all the manuals and tutorials are online. There is no printed manual included with the boxed version.
