A Résumé Profile is a non-req specific application. It contains your desired job preferences which enables the system to match you to job openings ongoing. It’s highly suggested that you complete your Résumé Profile before you apply to specific positions. When you apply directly to positions, your application will be instantly visible to the recruiters and hiring managers who are responsible for the job opening.
