What is the difference between a nutrient and an ingredient?

A. We use the term nutrient most of the times although they are technically ingredients as well. Natural Biology likes to call our ingredients nutrients because they are pure and natural versus synthetic. Some ingredients can be synthetic and we do not use any synthetic ingredients so we generally always refere to our formulas as having nutrients.
