What is the CPM project?
In order to receive the CPM designation, candidates must complete a final project that successfully meets all project requirements. The final project applies the concepts learned throughout the program to a problem or service improvement opportunity within the participant’s work unit. Participants must submit a successful final project to earn the CPM. If a participant does not submit a project or does not receive credit for the project, the participant has three years to re-submit or complete another project.
