To join Sigma Phi Epsilon each member pays a registration fee due within 24 hours of joining. This fee is set by SigEp nationals and is $100. The second payment, of $175, is due within 24 hours of initiation. After the pledge semester members also pay local dues. This money goes into the chapter’s operating budget. For our chapter, dues are set at $400 per semester. In addition, when you join the fraternity, you get the option of moving into the house. Rent is $1475 per semester. If you choose not to live in the house, there are parlor fees of $350 per semester.
