MCEITS is in the process of developing a staged COOP Plan. At IOC the Data Center will provide Highly Available servers and services. Continuity for the facility is currently planned to be in place at FOC in FY12. At a minimum, DR services will be offered to all hosted applications. Application owners will be responsible for the people and process reconstitution of their systems in the event of a COOP situation. MCEITS will provide High Availability where possible for hosted applications.
