What is the consultation process?
Patients are asked to call the office to set up an appointment with Dr. Hobgood. During that call, our staff will ask you to be as specific as you can about your questions and concerns. That will allow us to be more efficient in preparing for your visit. Patients will be asked to pay a consultation fee prior to that visit, but this is applied to surgical procedures that are performed within six months of the initial consultation. Patients can expect to spend about one hour in our office during an initial consultation depending on your questions. Your understanding of our recommendations is absolutely paramount in helping you make a comfortable decision.
