What is the best dog breed for beginners?
Almost all dogs are great for beginners. If you love them, they will love you back. However, there are certain breeds of dogs that obviously are not totally recommendable because of their type of behavior and characteristics. Also, I am not sure if size matters to you as there are, as you know, big, medium and small dogs. For companionship, I will suggest (in this order): First: Labrador Retriever – The Labrador Retriever breed is one of the most popular dog breeds.
