What is the average transition time for new assisted living residents?
There is no hard and fast rule on the length of transition time as everyone’s experience is so different. However, we recommend waiting at least a month to get a clear picture on how a new resident is integrating into the program. We have a care planning meeting within 30 days of your arrival to discuss the transition, goals, challenges and successes.
