What is the Annual Maintenance Agreement?
The “Annual Software Maintenance Agreement” entitles schools to a yearly extension of free technical support and free software updates. The price is $350.00 per year and covers the Windows and Macintosh versions of the FCAT Simulation Software (Each grade level version is priced separately). The “Annual Software Maintenance Agreement” allows schools to “Protect their Investment” by allowing continued technical support calls on our toll-free 800 line, Internet based technical support, new product announcements, and software patches and upgrades to The FCAT Simulation software. We anticipate at least one major upgrade to the software every year. The Annual Software Maintenance Agreement is an optional yearly fee. You are not obligated to participate and you will not be required to renew unless you decide it is in the best interest for your school.
The Annual Maintenance Agreement is an optional program offered to all users of TreeAge Pro software. Your new software purchase comes with 12 months of the service at no additional cost. The Annual Maintenance Agreement includes technical support via phone or e-mail, free version upgrades during the term of the agreement and access to all maintenance updates.
